– Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive – Spices

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food outlets to promote and sell the company’s spice products.
Generate new business by approaching restaurants and developing robust client relationships.
Take regular orders from restaurants and ensure timely follow-up.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spice products.
Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing and current clients.
Submit daily/weekly sales and order reports to the management.

Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the spices, food products, FMCG, or related industry.
Must have experience selling products directly to restaurants/hotels/food businesses.




Valuable communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field visits.
Should have good knowledge of the local restaurant/food-service market.
Candidates from a spices/food products sales background will be preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.

Sales Incentive: Additional incentive on every confirmed order generated from restaurants.
