We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage our complete UAE recruitment and manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage UAE clients and maintain solid business relationships
Handle recruitment requirements from job order to candidate deployment
Supervise recruitment, visa processing, medical, documentation and ticketing
Manage client payment follow-up and collections
Lead and monitor the recruitment and operations team
Coordinate with UAE clients, partners and candidates
Resolve operational and client-related issues
Monitor targets, pending matters and overall business performance
Report directly to the Managing Director

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant management experience
PG Qualification
Solid leadership and people-management skills
Ability to take ownership and make decisions independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
