Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive / Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance and 1+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and providing insights to support business and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, Operations, and HR for financial data and reporting.
Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.




Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals.
Valuable understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial ratios.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic financial modelling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
Knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar is an advantage.
Power BI knowledge would be an added advantage.

Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized institution.
1+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, MIS, FP&A;, Accounts, or related roles.
Candidates with solid Excel and analytical skills will be preferred.
