GENERAL MANAGER | SALES & MARKETING

Position: General Manager – Sales & Marketing

Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar senior-level position

Qualification: MBA / Engineering Degree preferred

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team across Kerala.
Manage Sales Managers, District-level Sales Staff and Zonal Managers.
Drive sales targets, revenue growth and overall market expansion.
Monitor and improve sales performance across all districts.
Manage and coordinate CRM and Logistics support teams.
Work closely with Production, Accounts, Operations, HR and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Develop sales strategies, market plans and performance monitoring systems.
Ensure effective customer relationship management and timely order execution.
Conduct regular reviews and guide the sales team toward achieving business objectives.





Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar senior management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Sales & Marketing operations.
Experience managing large sales teams across multiple locations.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Valuable understanding of CRM, Logistics and inter-departmental coordination.
Ability to take responsibility for overall sales performance and business growth.
MBA or Engineering qualification will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
