We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with mandatory experience selling Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and other building materials.

Mandatory Requirement-

Candidates must have prior hands-on sales experience in Ready-Mix Concrete.

Candidates without sales experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate orders from builders, contractors, developers and construction projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and site engineers.
Identify recent construction projects and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth concrete delivery.
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and collections.
Monitor local RMC market pricing and competitor activity.





Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory: Previous experience in RMC sales.
Experience dealing with builders, contractors, developers and construction sites.
Robust knowledge of concrete grades such as M20, M25, M30 and above.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in field sales.

Experience: 1–5+ years in building material Sales preferred. Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
