We are looking for an experienced International / Export Sales Professional to drive global business development and expand our international customer base.

Experience: 15 to 20+ years

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Guar Gum / Chemicals / Food Ingredients / Pharmaceuticals /Personal Care/ Food Processing.

Qualification: B.Tech Or B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. Or MBA preferred.

Age: 34 to 45 years

Base Location - Ahmedabad

Reporting Manager - JT President

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand international markets and grow the export business across the USA and Europe &/Or defined geographies.
Identify new customers, distributors and business prospects globally in designated region.
Manage and strengthen relationships with international customers and key accounts & should have exposure to key accounts management.
Drive sales growth, revenue and profitability across international markets.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and Quality teams to meet customer requirements.
Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, orders and export execution.




Conduct market research and identify new products, applications and market opportunities.
Manage customer queries, feedback, product trials and long-term business relationships.
Achieve assigned international sales and business-development targets.

Ideal Candidate A driven professional with solid work ethic and commercial skills with extensive international sales and export-business experience, excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills. Should have good understanding of Key Account Management. Candidate should have exposure in the cross functional relationship with R&D;, manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Experience in developing current markets and handling international B2B customers is highly preferred.
