Job Summary

Milife Medicity Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B; Service Trainee Captain to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The candidate will assist in supervising daily restaurant/service operations and ensure excellent guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising the daily operations of the Food & Beverage Service department.
Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Guide and coordinate service staff during shifts.
Take guest orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area.
Assist in handling guest requests and resolving service-related concerns.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service operations.
Ensure proper table setup, mise en place, and service standards.




Support the Captain/Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.
Follow company policies, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a relevant qualification is preferred.
Freshers or candidates with relevant F&B; Service experience may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
