Job Overview

n

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / O365 Subject Matter Expert (L3) to manage, support, configure, implement, and optimize Microsoft cloud and collaboration environments. The candidate will work closely with customers, L1/L2 teams, vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver enterprise Microsoft solutions and support managed services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions for customers and internal environments.
n
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services, applications, and collaboration tools.
n
- Perform O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and G Suite/Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
n
- Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and related M365 services.
n
- Manage and administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
n
- Manage and administer Microsoft Purview,



including compliance and data governance capabilities.
n
- Perform Azure resource management and administration.
n
- Handle SCCM/MECM application packaging, deployment, and OS deployment.
n
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft environments to ensure optimal performance.
n
- Lead or contribute to MSP projects, service improvement initiatives, migrations, and customer requests.
n
- Work directly with customers on incidents, change requests, status meetings, projects, and technical requirements.
n
- Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and standard processes.
n
- Coordinate with L1/L2 teams and vendor support for issue resolution.
n
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and service desk teams.
n
- Support audits, SOW scoping, technical assessments, and solution delivery.
n
- Take ownership of customer Agile Cloud Engineering requests.
n
- Stay updated with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
n
