Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
Manage end-to-end Global/US recruitment. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions.
Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.
Required: Global/US Recruitment experience, solid sourcing and communication skills, and knowledge of US hiring practices. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
