Manage restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B; outlets.
Supervise and coordinate Food & Beverage staff.
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Plan menus, promotions, and special events with the relevant teams.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
Control food costs, beverage costs, wastage, and operating expenses.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.
Prepare staff duty rosters and work schedules.
Train, motivate, and evaluate F&B; employees.
Handle guest complaints and special requests.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, and Banquet departments.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards.
Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability of F&B; operations.
Organize and supervise banquets, conferences, weddings, and other functions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
