Position: Food Production Manager

Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day food production activities.
Plan daily production as per orders and requirements.
Supervise production workers and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Check production processes and ensure products are prepared according to company standards.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams.
Maintain daily production records, stock consumption, and wastage reports.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production areas and machinery.
Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.




Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Train and guide production staff when required.

Requirements
Previous experience in food production/manufacturing preferred.
Experience in handling production workers and factory operations.
Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and production processes.
Ability to manage daily production independently.
Positive communication and team-management skills.
Candidates from Navi Mumbai/Thane/Mumbai preferred.
