Key Responsibilities
Receive paints, thinners, solvents, raw materials, and other products from suppliers.
Check quantity, product name, batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates, and physical condition of incoming material.
Maintain proper stock records and update inventory in ERP/software or registers.
Arrange materials systematically according to product, batch, size, and category.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Prepare materials for dispatch according to sales orders, invoices, or delivery instructions.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and transport teams for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and investigate shortages, excesses, leakage, or damage.
Ensure proper handling and storage of flammable paints, solvents, and chemicals.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, ventilation, fire-safety equipment, and proper stacking.
Monitor damaged, leaking, expired,



or slow-moving stock and report it to management.
Maintain records of inward, outward, stock transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
Supervise loading and unloading activities and ensure goods are packed and handled safely.
Minimize product damage, leakage, and wastage.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and warehouse reports for management.

Skills Required
Warehouse and inventory management
Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel/ERP
Knowledge of stock reconciliation and documentation
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to supervise loading/unloading staff
Valuable organizational and record-keeping skills
Experience in a paint, chemical, hardware, or FMCG warehouse is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per hour
