We are looking for a highly organised, empathetic, and proactive individual to join our team to manage our daily office operations and help us expand our mental health support services to corporate clients.

About The Role ed, comfortable with computers, and confident in speaking with new people. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and seamless experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in our growth by reaching out to corporate leads to introduce our employee wellness and counselling services.

Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Admin: Manage daily appointments, coordinate therapist schedules, and handle client follow-ups systematically.

Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and high regard for confidentiality.

Corporate Outreach: Actively call and connect with recent corporate leads (like HRs in Technopark)



to introduce The Listening Room's services. Follow up systematically to build B2B partnerships.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of appointments, lead pipelines, and daily operations using basic computer software and MS Excel.

Systematic Workflow: Ensure the office runs smoothly and all follow-ups (both for patients and corporate leads) are done on time without letting things slip through the cracks.

Requirements: Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Hindi is a robust plus.

Experience: Prior experience in front-office management, administration, or tele-sales/corporate outreach is preferred. Tech-Savvy: Must have a solid grasp of basic computer operations, internet research, and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Communication:
