About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations. You will work closely with our founders, internal team, and clients, gaining exposure to real-world hiring and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Source and engage candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels.
Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.




Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and reports.
Assist in preparing Job Descriptions and other HR documentation.
Support day-to-day HR and operational activities as required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a rapid-paced and flexible setting.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
