You will manage end to end recruitment for technical and non technical roles, run our HR operations, and help build a workplace our team wants to stay in. This is a hands on role with direct exposure to leadership, well suited to someone who wants ownership rather than a narrow desk.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
Manage the full hiring cycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer rollout, and follow up until joining
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals
Screen profiles for technical roles such as software developers, QA, DevOps, BDE, and AI/ML engineers
Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels, and keep the pipeline moving
Maintain the recruitment tracker and share hiring status reports with management

HR Operations
Handle onboarding, documentation, background verification, and induction for new joiners
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data, and prepare monthly payroll inputs
Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and experience letters
Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews





Employee Engagement
Plan and run engagement activities, celebrations, and team events
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Support performance review cycles and help track goals and feedback
Contribute to building and improving HR policies and processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred
1 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT or software services company
Working knowledge of recruitment portals and applicant tracking tools
Robust written and verbal communication in English.
Comfortable with MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting
High level of discretion when handling confidential employee information

Good to Have
Experience hiring for technical roles and understanding of common tech stacks
Exposure to IT staffing or consulting recruitment
