Field Sales Executive – Banking / Loan Sales
Generate current leads through field visits and direct customer interactions.
Promote and sell Gold Loans, Business Loans, Housing Loans, and Micro Loans.
Identify customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the loan process.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth application processing.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales / Loan Sales preferred.
Education: 12th Pass.
Experience in B2B Sales, Gold Loan, Business Loan, Housing Loan, Branch Banking, or Micro Loan Sales.
Basic English communication skills.
Valuable communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with regular field visits.
Age: 21–40 years.
