Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Manage employee on boarding, induction, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Monitor daily attendance, biometric records, leave, permissions, late coming, and absenteeism.
Maintain employee master data and ensure all HR records are updated accurately.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee-management relationships.
Implement and monitor company HR policies, rules, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate employee training, development, and performance improvement activities.
Support performance management by monitoring employee KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal processes.
Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and submit workforce updates to the Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
