Candidate profile:
15+ years of HR experience, preferably with significant manufacturing/plant exposure
Strong track record in recruitment, training and retention
Proven ability to build internal talent/cadre
Robust employee relations and disciplinary handling skills
Valuable knowledge of labour laws and compliance
Solid leadership and communication skills

Compensation: Competitive and negotiable for the right candidate. Company name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
