Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Thoothukudi. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, valuable communication skills, and the ability to identify and engage suitable candidates across different job roles.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate and discuss compensation based on company guidelines.
Coordinate offer release and candidate joining formalities.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and MIS.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Support other HR activities as required.

Requirements




03 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.
Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment can also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with recruitment targets and timelines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
Candidates based in Thoothukudi or nearby locations are preferred.
