Position: HR Manager

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources

Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the HR field

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the complete HR operations of the organization.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.

Ensure compliance with all applicable HR policies, labour laws and statutory requirements.

Handle PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Payroll and other statutory compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.

Coordinate with all departments for effective manpower planning and HR operations.

Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.

Support management in workforce planning,



organizational development and employee engagement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

MBA in HR is mandatory.

Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience.

Robust knowledge of HR norms, labour laws and statutory compliance.

Positive knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll and employee-related statutory requirements.

Solid leadership, communication and people-management skills.

Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.

Ready to join immediately.
