Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
Maintain candidate tracker, daily calling reports, and hiring MIS.
Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating prejoining formalities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation standards.
