Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and attendance records.
Maintain employee files and HR databases.
Support recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Coordinate employee grievances and HR-related queries.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is preferred.




Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
