Healthcare Telecaller / Patient Counsellor
Handle calls and follow-ups with healthcare leads generated through Google, Meta, and other campaigns.
Communicate with patients regarding doctor consultations, surgeries, hospital services, and procedures.
Understand patient requirements and guide them towards suitable consultations or hospital services.
Schedule and confirm OPD appointments.
Follow up with patients for consultations, investigations, surgeries, and IPD admissions.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and patients for appointments and procedures.
Handle patient queries professionally and build trust through effective communication.
Convert genuine healthcare leads into OPD consultations, IPD admissions, and procedures.
Maintain accurate lead, patient, and follow-up records.
Use CRM, WhatsApp, and other communication tools for regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare leads.
Identify genuine patient requirements and provide appropriate information.




Maintain regular follow-ups to improve consultation and admission conversions.
Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and hospital teams.
Maintain updated lead status and follow-up records.
Handle patient concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
Build positive relationships with patients through confident and empathetic communication.
Work towards achieving assigned calling, consultation, admission, and conversion targets.

Requirements
Female candidate.
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, counselling, or customer handling is preferred.
Healthcare or hospital experience will be an added advantage.
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication skills.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and regular follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and WhatsApp.
Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
