Were looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join Formial. This is a video-first role, focused on creating high-quality, high-performing content for social media and paid advertising.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos, UGC, Reels and Meta Ads from raw footage, scripts and concepts.
Create engaging videos using AI tools, animations, motion graphics, transitions, sound design and visual effects.
Develop multiple creative variations, hooks and formats for creative testing.
Create static ads, social media creatives and other graphic design assets.
Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling, conversion-focused creatives.
Experiment with new AI tools and creative formats to improve quality and speed of production.

Candidate Profile
1–4 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.
Strong understanding of hooks,



storytelling, pacing, visual composition and social media content.
Proficient in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent.
Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
Experience with UGC, performance marketing or D2C creatives is a strong plus.
Comfortable using and experimenting with AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.
Valuable graphic design fundamentals and a solid visual/creative eye.
Curious, fast-moving and excited to experiment with current creative ideas.

Portfolio is mandatory. We care more about the quality and creativity of your work than the number of years of experience.
