Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies,



and maintaining employee relations. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing recruitment, managing employee records, handling performance appraisals, and addressing employee queries and grievances.

Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
Robust understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Experience with HR software and tools
