Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, stakeholder management ability, and a passion for people processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Handled end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Understand client requirements and create job descriptions, if needed.
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers




Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups
Handle the CTC negotiation aspect.
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
