About the Role:
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, compliance, payroll,
employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline.
Conduct onboarding, induction and engagement activities.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Implement training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
Process payroll, manage attendance and perks.
Handle grievances and support employee retention initiatives.
Maintain HR dashboards and generate MIS reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
2–4 years of HR experience.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, compliance and payroll.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
