About the Role

PAILABS is looking for an experienced Rapport / InfoLease Developer with strong hands-on knowledge of the IDS/Solifi asset-finance platform.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Rapport version 7.0 or above and/or InfoLease version 10 or above, combined with a strong software development background, particularly in Groovy and Grails.

The role will involve development, customization, integration, modernization and support of enterprise asset-finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance and support solutions on IDS/Solifi Rapport 7.x+ and InfoLease 10+.
- Work on Rapport/InfoLease configurations, customizations and customer-specific enhancements.
- Develop and maintain applications/components using Groovy and Grails.
- Understand existing Rapport/InfoLease functionality and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations between Rapport/InfoLease and enterprise applications.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.
- Analyze existing/legacy implementations and contribute to modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA and customer teams.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment and production support.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members where required.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with IDS/Solifi Rapport 7.0+ and/or InfoLease 10+.
- Solid understanding of the asset finance / equipment finance / leasing domain.




- Strong software development experience.
- Hands-on development experience with Groovy and Grails.
- Good understanding of Java/J2EE technologies.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience developing or consuming REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Robust debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and integration environments.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked with IDS Software Solutions, International Decision Systems, Solifi, or organizations implementing/supporting Rapport and InfoLease.

The candidate should be comfortable working with both legacy asset-finance platforms and modern technology stacks, and should be interested in contributing to modernization and next-generation asset-finance solutions.
