Hiring: SAP ABAP HR / HCM Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR / HCM Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA conversion and ABAP on HANA.

n

This role is specifically for candidates with SAP HR/HCM technical development experience. Generic ABAP profiles without HCM exposure may not be suitable.

n

Mandatory Skills

n

Robust hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR / SAP HCM ABAP

n

Technical development experience in SAP HCM areas such as:

n

n
- Personnel Administration (PA)
n
- Organizational Management (OM)
n
- Payroll / Time Management
n
- HR Infotypes / HR reports / enhancements / interfaces
n

n

Experience in SAP ECC HCM to S/4HANA / H4S4 conversion or upgrade

n

Hands-on experience with:

n

n
- ATC checks and S/4HANA custom code remediation
n
- SPAU / SPDD adjustments
n
- CDS Views
n
- OData / SAP Gateway
n
- ABAP on HANA
n

n

Experience developing and supporting:

n

n
- Reports
n
- Interfaces
n
- Enhancements
n
- Forms
n
- Conversions
n




- IDocs / APIs
n

n

Exposure to SAP Fiori HCM application enhancement/configuration

n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- AMDP
n
- RAP
n
- SAP Fiori / UI5
n
- Clean Core development principles
n
- SAP HCM integrations with third-party systems
n

Ideal Candidate

n

We are particularly interested in candidates whose recent projects include SAP HCM / HR S/4HANA conversion, with hands-on involvement in ATC remediation, SPAU/SPDD, CDS and OData development.

n
