Job Description

We are looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Operations Analyst to support software licensing, compliance, license optimization, and software asset lifecycle management within a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage software license lifecycle activities including renewals, true-ups, terminations, and entitlement management.
n
- Perform license harvesting, reclamation, and optimization activities.
n
- Support software compliance, audits, and governance processes.
n
- Execute Flexera reports and analyze software utilization data.
n
- Manage software licensing requests and SaaS subscription operations.
n
- Support publisher management activities for Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and other strategic vendors.
n
- Prepare operational reports, utilization metrics, and business reviews.
n




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, procurement, and licensing teams.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- 3-6 years of Software Asset Management (SAM) experience.
n
- Hands-on experience with Flexera and ServiceNow SAM.
n
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
n
- Experience in license lifecycle management and optimization.
n
- Solid analytical and reporting skills.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, or SAP licensing exposure.
n
- ITIL Foundation, CSAM, CITAM, or Flexera certifications.
n
- Experience with software audits and compliance programs.
