We are looking for Passionate, Energetic, and guest-focused GSA – F&B; Service professionals to join our luxury boutique property at Athirappilly.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent guest-handling skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the Food & Beverage industry.

Eligibility :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service is preferred.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Robust knowledge of F&B; service standards.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and good team spirit.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Welcome, greet, and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
Prepare tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.




Provide menu recommendations and promote upselling opportunities.
Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages professionally according to established service standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest requests.
Check food, beverages, dishes, and glassware for quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup in the restaurant and service areas.
Present bills accurately and handle guest payments as required.
Explicit and reset tables efficiently.
Follow all hotel standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and safety procedures.
