"Head - Operations" needs to lead and manage the end-to-end operational functions of our advertising business, signing-up with current clients through active pitching and selling, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns as per clients' needs, productive utilization of resources, timely delivery of projects to the satisfaction of clients as well as timely collection of outstandings from clients.

Key Responsibilities
Actively search for prospects and convert them into clients
Develop persuasive pitches and make prospects interested
Lead and manage overall operations of this advertising business, ensuring smooth execution of projects across all departments
Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including creative production, media coordination, vendor management,



and deliverables management
Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Production, and Finance teams to ensure seamless servicing of all clients' needs
Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation
Manage relationships with vendors, production houses, printers, media partners, event vendors, and other external agencies.
Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Work closely with senior leadership and support business growth, operational scalability and champion strategic initiatives.
