Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
Support onboarding and basic HR activities.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/PGDM preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Comfortable making calls and coordinating with candidates.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
