About the Role We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk hiring, particularly for Sales, Business Development, and Field Sales roles. This position is focused exclusively on recruitment and offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in high-volume talent acquisition within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, and related positions.
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen applications and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.




Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Stay updated on market trends and effective sourcing strategies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
