Location: Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary/Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter / HR Intern to join our team in Aundh, Pune. This is a valuable chance for candidates who are currently pursuing their studies and want to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.




Support onboarding and other HR-related activities when required.

Requirements
Candidates currently pursuing Graduation, MBA-HR, or a relevant HR course are preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
