Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Trainees to gain hands-on industrial experience in a manufacturing environment. The trainees will work closely with experienced professionals, learn operational processes, and support day-to-day departmental activities while developing technical and professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations of the assigned department.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Support production, maintenance, quality, utility, control & instrumenation, electrical activities as required.
Maintain records, logs, and documentation related to ongoing activities.
Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) standards.
Complete assigned training modules and assessments.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria





Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and C&I;

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior internship or industrial training exposure will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
Basic technical knowledge related to the respective discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
