Job Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels to source potential candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle the complete recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.
Resume Screening
Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Initial Screening
Conduct preliminary HR screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Qualifications
Education:




Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions.
