Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media.

Screen and evaluate resumes based on technical and functional requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.

Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

Experience in Technical Recruitment.

Good understanding of engineering and project-based roles.

Robust sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.





Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
