Resident Warden for Premium Ladies Living

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and caring In-charge to manage our upcoming Premium Ladies Living facility near InfoPark, Kakkanad, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations
Assist residents and handle enquiries
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff
Manage admissions, records, and resident communication
Ensure a secure, clean, and comfortable living environment
Handle basic administrative and operational tasks

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational and leadership abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in hospitality, residential management, administration, or customer service is preferred

Accommodation will be provided.

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. The right candidate will be offered an attractive salary package.
