We are looking for a hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition skilled who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a loan company, NBFC, fintech, lending company, DSA, financial services company or similar organization.
Experience specifically in payday loans, personal loans, short-term loans, unsecured lending or digital lending will be highly preferred.
