Job Title: HR Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day human resources activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related information.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist with employee engagement and internal HR activities.
Address routine employee queries and coordinate with management when required.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure HR documents and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.




Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related requirements.

Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in HR or a related role.
Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in recruitment and general HR operations are preferred.
Freshers are not being considered for this position; 1–5 years of relevant experience is required.
