Position Profile

Weaver seeks a Coordinator to support our U.S. Recruiting and Learning and Development teams. The role of the Coordinator is to provide reliable, timely support across various functions of the teams.

The Coordinator will assist the U.S Recruiting team with various tasks such as:
Interview scheduling for U.S. candidates, including communication with candidates and hiring team
Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn
Reviewing applicants for select U.S job openings

The Coordinator will assist the U.S. Learning and Development team with various tasks such as:
Conducting and reporting out on program evaluations, including communication with instructors and training coordinators
Entering and reporting on training data, such as employee credit submissions
Other LMS (learning management system) data entry and training program support as needed

A Weaver Coordinator is a friendly, outgoing, and organized skilled with excellent communication skills. A high level of attention to detail and a sense of urgency are necessary for success in this role. To be successful in this role,



the following qualifications are required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field
2+ years of recruiting, event planning, administration, database management, or coordinator experience
Desire to work independently to complete tasks and collaborate among a team to report progress
Experience working across multiple time zones
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email communication, and calendar coordination, as well as robust skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing data and reporting within online databases and Excel

The following qualifications are preferred:
Qualified interview scheduling experience
Experience with searching, sourcing and projects in LinkedIn Recruiter
