Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and hotel/resort areas while ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
Change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.
Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for guests.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and other assigned spaces.
Replenish toiletries and room supplies.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.




Assist guests with basic requests and maintain skilled behavior.
Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments when required.
Maintain proper cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Hotel Management/Housekeeping certification will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with active work.
Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
