We are looking for an experienced and responsible Iron Furniture QC to inspect the quality of metal/iron furniture during and after production and ensure that finished products meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect iron/metal furniture during different stages of production
Check welding quality, joints, alignment and dimensions
Check for welding defects, cracks, sharp edges and uneven finishing
Inspect grinding and surface preparation
Check powder coating/paint quality, colour, coverage and finishing
Verify furniture according to approved design, drawing and measurements
Check product strength, stability and overall workmanship
Identify defective products and coordinate with the production team for corrections
Conduct final quality inspection before packing and dispatch
Maintain QC records and report quality issues to the supervisor/management
Ensure that products are ready for showroom display or customer dispatch





Requirements
Experience in Iron/Metal Furniture Quality Control
Positive knowledge of welding, fabrication and finishing
Ability to check measurements and product specifications
Knowledge of common fabrication and finishing defects
Valuable observation and attention to detail
Ability to coordinate with welders, fabricators and production supervisors
Responsible and quality-focused

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding or industrial QC will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
