IT Services Knowledge The candidate should have a basic understanding of services such as:
UI/UX Design
Website Design & Development
Mobile App Development
Custom Software Development
SaaS Product Development
Dedicated Developers / IT Staffing
Digital Product Design & Development You don't need to be a technical expert — but you should be able to

understand client requirements, explain IT services at a business level, and qualify international prospects.

Ideal Candidate




1–2 years of experience in international sales / business development
Hands-on experience with cold email & cold calling
Valuable spoken and written English
Comfortable communicating with international clients
Understanding of B2B sales processes
Experience selling IT / Software / Digital services is preferred
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and hungry to grow

Location

Mohali, Punjab – Sector 8B This is an office-based position .

What You'll Do
Identify and research potential international clients
Build prospect lists
Run cold email campaigns
Make international cold calls
Qualify leads and understand requirements
Book meetings for the sales/closing team
Follow up with prospects
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
