Basic troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, NVRs, network connectivity, and recording-related issues.
Cloud Server, RDP &
Active Directory –

Basic Cloud Server administration, RDP troubleshooting, user access management,



Active Directory user/group administration, and basic server troubleshooting.
Hardware &
Software Installation –

Installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications.
IT Asset Management –

Maintaining IT asset records, hardware inventory, asset allocation, tracking, and IT equipment maintenance.
Vendor Coordination –

Coordinating with IT vendors/service providers for hardware, software, networking, CCTV, internet, cloud server, and other IT-related support requirements.
