About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Consultant to provide strategic, data-driven guidance on our Instagram presence and organic growth.

This is a consulting role, not a Social Media Manager or Content Creator position.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Instagram growth experience
Solid understanding of Instagram Insights, Reels and organic growth
Ability to analyse content performance, audience behaviour and growth patterns
Experience with competitive benchmarking and growth strategy
Robust analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to provide practical recommendations and measurable next steps

Key Responsibilities
Audit our Instagram account and performance data




Evaluate content, audience and positioning
Identify growth opportunities
Benchmark against relevant accounts
Develop a practical 30–60 day growth strategy and testing framework
Consult with the Suhaus Designs team on implementation

Content Creators
Reel Editors
Graphic Designers
Generic “viral Reel” specialists

We want someone who can bring an independent, strategic, and data-driven perspective to Instagram growth.

Compensation: Competitive / commensurate with experience
