Delivering quality hands-on, project-based training sessions in IT domain (Programming, Networking, Database,
AI-ML, Data Science)
Enthusiastic in Research & Development in IT and allied subjects
Helping in student counseling and converting the enquiries to registration
Handling pre & post training queries, inquiries, and complaints
Mentoring students and inspire them to become tech-savvy
Molding the students towards workmanship
Maintain a positive rapport with students at all time
Take proactive steps to mitigate the problems based on the feedbacks or gut-feelings.
Helping the mobilization team in technical presentations and query handling
Present about organization and its courses and other related activities to the clients
Helping in managing social media activities of the organization
Scheduling and coordinating the academic deliverables
Maintaining good relationship with students and generate references for upcoming classes
Helping in placement activities of the students
Developing & maintaining the deliverables for the course subjects. (Content Development)
Helping the administration and documentation for quality control and assurance.
Conducting internal training for junior trainers and upskill the organizational staff
Timely reporting about the activities through the right format or applications
Any other task given by the reporting manager from time to time
Preferred candidate profile -Passion for teaching and student mentoring & development
Must have worked with Application Development, SQL and NoSQL Database Management
Must have experience in Project based training with case study handling
Experience in working in industry will be an added advantage.
Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill
Ability to analyze market trends and create current training methodology
Good class room management skills
Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
Valuable hands on with MS-Office, App development with Python, Java, C/C++, Database Creation and
