We are looking for a sales-oriented and proactive Instagram Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries and convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond promptly to Instagram DMs, comments and customer enquiries via calls.
Engage with interested customers, share contact details and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Handle and coordinate payments, order details and customer information.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for order processing and dispatch.
Follow up on enquiries, pending payments and orders to ensure smooth conversion and fulfilment.

Requirements
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Robust sales and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and basic computer tools
Quick, organised and detail-oriented
Prior experience in sales/customer service preferred
