Key Qualifications
Lead the planning, design, implementation, and integration of ICCC solutions.
Ensure seamless operation of ICT systems and Smart City technologies.
Coordinate with stakeholders, system integrators, government agencies, and technology partners.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise for command centers, data integration platforms, networking, and smart governance solutions.
Support system testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.

Desired Skills
Solid knowledge of Smart City technologies and ICCC architecture.
Experience with ICT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and system integration.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-vendor projects.

Key Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 8 years of qualified experience in the implementation and management of ICCC and ICT infrastructure for Smart City projects.
